Pennine HR successfully guided their client to achieve both the Investors in People and the ISO 9001 accreditations.

This required us to work closely with the directors on every aspect of the business to identify improvements. This included:

  • Developing and implementing an employee survey.
  • Reviewing the company’s communication processes.
  • Instituting a staff appraisal process.

The company were delighted to pass both assessments on the first attempt and we continue to work with them to maintain their accreditations.
